The Black Hat Squad: Ghosted

Lieutenant John Trosky heads a multi-racial task force called the Black Hat Squad, set in Vancouver, BC in the year 2070. The multi-racial squad is after an assassin they first named the Ghost, who kills people in bizarre ways and slips away like a ghost. The squad is also tasked with raiding ethnic gangs and white supremacists. Lt. Trosky is a billionaire who lives in a large mansion and has a live-in female chef, Julie, and her precocious six-year-old daughter, Savana. He has an ex-soldier buddy as his house manager and security head. John meets Grace Chan, who becomes his live-in girlfriend. She is also a billionaire, and very intelligent and loving.
