In My Element...I Am Me!

It's more than a talk, that's what my Granny used to say! Life always brings us lessons that often times arrive at the strangest moments. Whether it's lying in bed in the middle of the night, sitting on the porch drinking coffee, or even standing in an aisle at a grocery store; life always has something to teach us, and we only understand what is being taught when we are ready to learn. Each moment is ours, and regardless of where we are, we embody every elemental shift that helps us to discover and learn more about ourselves and the world in which we reside ...or hide! It all depends on your perspective.
