With his new found powers and new allies, he begins his training at the academy to control his newfound powers. While this is happening, the evil villain Magnowing plots his plan to bring STAT to it's knees! Blizzard-Boy soon finds that Magnowing has already made his move and kidnapped Aqua-Gal! Will Blizzard-Boy be able to rescue Aqua-Gal?
