Serge grappled with a lifetime of addictions.Ultimately, developing her innovative concept of laughter therapy in Australia, Helene conducted seminars and conferences throughout Australia and South East Asia. She wrote her first book, Laugh Aerobics, also published in Japanese. She's appeared in television programs, radio interviews, and print media.
