A collection of essays describing personal experiences and the process of self psychotherapy to achieve self acceptance and acceptance of others. This process revealed that my experiences are unique to me and that I am the only person with authority to change the associated opinions and emotions. My memory appears to be based on an orderly system of saving and recalling stimuli as historical events with associated emotions. Each new experience is compared with remembered existing ones for file location direction and storage. I found that emotions, beliefs and attitudes could be re-evaluated and changed as new experiences were encountered.
