This is the First World War through the eyes of Denis Patrick Kelly, soldier of the 2nd Royal Dublin Fusiliers from 22nd April, 1914 until the close of the war on 11th November, 1918. It is written by his Great Grandson why also experienced the effects of war during his tour of Rwanda in 1995: he has also written on his Grandfather's experiences during the liberation of Bergen-Belsen in 1945.
