A fast paced black comedy thriller featuring Inspector Othman who, while attending a university reunion dinner party, hears about a murder of the husband of one of the guests. He and his partner, Inspector Francis, start investigations and lift the lid on dark secrets held by their old university mates. The case proves challenging as all the dinner guests have perfect alibies - including the Inspectors - as the murder was committed during the party. Eventually personal hatreds are exposed between the old university mates and further murders are committed to stop witnesses coming forward. Othman finally makes an arrest but nothing is at it appears and the question of guilt remains unanswered.
