What happens when a long-time animal lover, -advocate, and -rescuer confronts a situation that pushes her animal-protection frustration to the breaking point? When Dr. Kiri Sumner, a practicing clinical psychologist and educator in the Albuquerque, New Mexico, area, witnesses shocking animal abuse, she's outraged. This is the final straw for her.
