A seed rolls down a mountain and lands kaplunk! Seed is lost and confused, and very afraid. She is told by The Creator that Mountain is her path home. There is a Red Gate across the path. It is locked. Seed has a lesson to learn, and a challenge to face, before Red Gate opens to allow her to begin her journey home. She meets characters along the way who help her. At the end of each book, Seed introduces each character as yoga postures and teaches these yoga postures to the reader. There are seven books in the series. Seed's Journey Home is a simple and naive tale, that teaches both the reader and listener, how to navigate life's obstacles and find that place where one can feel happy inside.
