Logical competence is an ability to draw logically correct conclusions. It has its own historical forms and develops from elementary methods of logical reasoning to modern artificial intelligence systems. As a social mechanism of cognition, logical competence is incorporated into relevant social practices within legal systems, in which a consensus is guaranteed through the application of logical competence to legal norms. Currently, this vector of practical applicability of logical competence can be strengthened within the framework of creating e-justice and e-lawyer systems.
