The Mason Chronicles is a scathing satire on modern life. It pokes fun at just about everything through the eyes of a homeless short-house with what some might describe as arrested development others would probably call it catastrophic stupidity. It is probably the most politically incorrect thing you will read for a while. At some times it is graphic and violent, while at others it serves up cruel slapstick comedy and ridiculous situations that defy logic. It is very much in the tradition of crude, satirical fiction that dates back to Rabelais and his giant characters poking caustic fun at the establishment.
