This book is a collection of thirty poems. All these poems are simple and straight forward. The first poem is on India. This poem is different from the other poem on in my first book On A HIGH though the style is the same. The next poem is on how unique we are just like anybody else. Next poems are on freedom struggle of India, led by Gandhiji. He was a great leader but could not stop the partition of India. Sibling rivalry is partition fight each other. "Brave siblings" is about the Indian soldiers protecting us. The next poem is on APJ Abdul kalam and succeeding that is a poem about Indian football. Mumbai is about the city Mumbai. Hartal is about strikes, Kerala is a place which follows the strikes seriously. Salute to the people of Kerala when it was flooded in 2018. So, 2018 did not see any onam celebrations, but got one-rupee coin on the Vishu celebrations. The nostalgia brought in hero pen. the phrase we reluctantly say is I don't knowLife after me is a good take on humans. Risk is about setting up that company in India to settle down Kill the kid in me is a realization on what we should hold on to in life. Bharat Ratnam awarded in recognition of service of highest order in any field of human endeavor. "Is it worth it" is a poem on getting wealth by losing the health? Awestruck I was, after reading Shakespeare. Imperfect people are all around us. Valentines is something one should celebrate. Woman is the stronger sex, treat women with respect. Food is something one shouldn't waste. Hallucination is a poem on the mental imagination and divine beings are the kids below five. These days they are competing with gadgets to grab our attention.
