By this time, I had been pulled over more than 25x times in my first 6 years of driving. Literally once every three months on average. About 20% resulted in tickets. Half of those questionable.. I like to live above limitations and find a way when there are none. I don't subscribe to the victim mentality, I wouldn't have gotten thus far if I had.
