Joey, a mischievous middle school student and his best friend Jared, stumble upon a book of spells on a school field trip to Salem, MA. After stealing the book and trying out one of the spells in a cemetery, the two boys bring a long-deceased man back to life. Now they must figure out what to do with him before they get caught and time runs out for their revived friend.
