Donovan learns that his brother was set up in a drug bust by the Swedish mafia. He must unravel the pieces of a puzzle that has him cross paths with a nexus of international criminals, including a Czech drug-dealing nymphomaniac who's a doting mother to newborn twins, a bipolar Swedish gangster with an infatuation for Anne Frank, a vicious thug with a chip who can't stop chasing a dream, a Belgian senior who traffics in lady-boys, and a Thai con artist who finds thievery the only way she'll ever be able to right a wrong.
