The Old Paths: Paths To Attaining The Prize Of The High Calling Of God

The Word of God, when rightly divided, bears the desired fruits in the lives of the hearers. What then follows are true repentance, regeneration and spiritual development. The Word disgraces and annihilates sin from the hearers' lives and equips them to fulfil their earthly purposes. God's Word and His Spirit always work in tandem. For a Christian to attain the fullness of God, he/she needs to internalise this truth. However, God's programmes on earth only flourish when humans, as yielded channels in His hands, provide the needed leadership. However, Christian ministers must be fully conformed to the image of the risen Christ in order to be worthy representatives of His Majesty. Ultimately, the church is mandated to produce a people who walk after the Spirit, who are then ready to exercise dominion on earth. Christians who refuse to be spiritually circumcised are excluded from the covenant of eternal life.
