Laddering Your Success

Laddering Your Success is a college readiness program for non-traditional and first generation college youth. It gives practical and often under-discussed strategies to remove road blocks, define success, and to build a foundation to move upward. We have seen a great need arise within the first generation, minority, and non-traditional student populations. There are many people that are leaving various academic settings without all the tools necessary to continue their education as well as form healthy and productive lives. While some people aren't ready to enter traditional education models, others just need a little help. We provide the knowledge and information to assist those who are stepping into higher education and gain deeper insights into their life and careers.
