As the Director of the Mount Holyoke College (Massachusetts, USA) Program in Montpellier, France, I met Madame Mousseron in 2003. She shared her passion for cooking and her culinary expertise with my international students for seven years. On behalf of my students, I thank Madame Mousseron for touching our hearts and delighting our taste buds with these recipes.
