This book reflects the quiet moments as an elderly woman in retirement looks back upon her life as she grows up in a very natural and self sustaining family farm in Illinois during the early fourties. Rememberances are of childhood life there . Contemplations are put forth in rhyme of what the future brought and may bring. It will also reflects her vision of what her numerous years of living in Ketchikan, Alaska brought to her and sorts out the reasons for retiring to her birth state of Illinois. She puts forth her observations of her life in Illinois during retirement and shows her love of the nature around her. Messages are put forth relating to her wishes for her adult children with reflections of her feelings during their childhood.
