This true story best describes how a preacher dad felt about his preacher son going to a federal penitentiary for a crime that was unnecessary. It resulted in a disagreement with his church on a certain issue. This injustice turned into a miraculous outcome.

As a father, it was my privilege to write to my son with words of encouragement every week while he was incarcerated. I call them prison letters.
