Tribute to Our Heroes

American soldiers have fought in humid jungles and dusty deserts. Most of their heroic deeds are so secretive they may never me publicized. Heroes. Our heroes are preserving honor, promoting peace, and fighting for democracy within and far beyond the borders of the United States of America. Our heroes believe in justice and the American Dream so avidly they bravely risk their lives on each mission, leaving the love they have for their wives, husbands, sons, daughters, and friends in a tiny protected corner of their hearts so they can live to fight another day. Whether they don an Airforce, Army, Coast Guard, Marine, National Guard, or Navy uniform they deserve our respect, our salute, and our thank you. Not all of our camouflage warriors will make it home unharmed and sometimes being the supportive spouse at home is emotionally draining. It's hard to live in the reality of the unknown. This book is a tribute to our soldiers and to the backbone of spouses that support them. It is for the wounded and those who made the ultimate sacrifice. The author will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America.
