A Time To Wake Up

This book was created for those seeking a succinct compilation of the essential knowledge and skills required to increase our awareness of our life and our selves. This process can be called simply "waking up" Over the last thirty plus years I have seen a consistent stream of people come into my office seeking either enlightenment or a "way out of the darkness". Both processes are very similar as are the tools to obtain awareness. I often found myself referring my clients to nearly a dozen books for guidance in specific areas such spirituality, boundaries, relationships, defenses, addictions, childhood roles and more. I decided to compile the major themes contained in these books with a few of my own ideas to create a concise guideline for "waking up".
