A daughter of a Legendary Blues Recording Artist known as "Lonnie Brooks" Being a daughter of a Blues Legend, living in a house of blues filled with blues, does not mean I was born with a silver spoon. I share my true story of my childhood mischief, growing pains, racial persecution, personal struggle, abuse and addiction, to eventual recovery and psychological healing through my strong faith. Writing my book with the guidance of God, hearing his voice lead my long road to healing. I did not seek professional help, like so many of us. I rendered every fiber of my being into the trust of my heavenly father above, I listened, I followed his instructions and here it is! My story, my journey.
