Adolescents in America are very confused and have the right to be. Peer pressure, the lack of parental guidance, social media, television, and music lyrics turn their lives upside down. Adolescents cannot sometimes recognize positive infl uences anymore due to the combination of positive and negative. Unfortunately, some adolescent females are left to learn things on their own, trial and error. Inside this possible recipe of sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV/AIDS, unintended teen pregnancy, a lack of self-esteem, respect for oneself or others, remains a disaster.

This book is series 1. It is simply a Sex 101, yet appropriate for ages ten years old and up. Some may ask, why ten years old? The answer is because many girls begin their menstruation cycle at that tender age, and the earlier they are empowered with knowledge, the better decisions they can make.

Regardless if you are sexually active or not, consider this an informational tool to unwanted pregnancies, sexually transmitted diseases, and not being taken advantage of in relationships.
