When a Mother Dies: A Spiritual Journey

I have no recollection of any memories whatsoever spent as a family with my mother and father. And, were it not for a couple of family photos captured one Christmas long ago, I might deny its existence.

God sends his angels in His perfect time for those left behind. I am one of the lucky ones - I was rescued. My heart is filled with gladness, and He is the source of my love, strength and joy. Our promise of hope is revealed in the book of John 14:18 wherein Jesus says "I will not leave you orphans; I will come back to you."

I am a simple woman, who was then and is now a child of God - gifted with grace undeserved. This collection reveals God's seeds of hope planted in my heart and is manifest in some cryptic words of one that adores Him. I am comforted to know I am always in the presence of angels and I am humbled to share my journey with you.
