I started writing a journal several years ago in the midst of struggling with some "bumps in the road of LIFE." I began searching my heart and mind for solutions, clarity, and relief from heart aches which had consumed my life. In the search for understanding and with God's help, I was able to recall other times in my life when things seem to go array. As I recalled those moments in time, I also recalled how God lead me through those dark times keeping me safe in his arms until I could walk on my own. Or at least, I thought I was walking on my own. We sometime get this way and forget God is in control of everything which surrounds us day in and day out. LIFE comes at us real fast at times and we must lean on God at all times in order to make it from one day to the next. As you read these stories, recollections, scripture and resolve, may God reveal to you What Faith is NOT. My prayer is you will gain greater strength in knowing TRUE PEACE only comes through knowing Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, praying daily, and mediating on God's word. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1
