This Cookbook started as an idea to Honor our Mother and Father. Our father passed away in 1962 when we were all very young. Our mother began preparing Grandmother's Polish Chicken Noodle Soup and welcomed everyone into our home. This soup has been a huge Christmas tradition in the family since 1964 and it has become a "four generation" soup. Along with the Polish Chicken Noodle Soup, our mother had other recipes that she made for many years as we grew up. As we got older and began our own families, we had our own family favorites and have included them in this cookbook. Our mother is now in early stages of Alzheimer's and we wanted to take this opportunity to honor her with a cookbook that will become a treasure for all of us.
