When Sage is saved from a demon's attack by the Cherub Sidriel, he informs her that the reason she can see the angels is because she's half angel herself. Not long after she signs on to help Sidriel defeat the forces of darkness, they find out that Azrael, the fearsome Angel of Death, is conspiring with the demons to destroy the Earth. Even though she has much to learn, Sage and Sidriel take to the road to stop Azrael and all the other angels and demons in the way.
