Then, on November 28, 2004, L. L. Research recorded and published this statement from the widely-respected cooperative known as Quo:

"Just as summer gives way to fall and fall gives way to winter, so one age gives way to another and one period of time is succeeded by another. That is inevitable, and is as the ticking of the clock. This will have been accomplished just as it has been foreseen by many at the approximate date of late in the twelfth month of 2011. So roughly speaking, 2012 shall see the full realization, in terms of the inner planes of your planet."

Secret of the Shining Toad discloses what 'full realization in the inner planes' actually means, from the Daoist perspective of the Qinglong Dajiao Zhi Zhanglao Fangshi, the First Ones from Great Horn (Arcturus). It is intended to assist light-bearers in accepting their divine endowments during the abrupt and catastrophic global changes that will take place between 2025 and 2030, in the lead up to a transformative stellar flash from Arcturus.
