Like the Earth, all living beings experience seasons of birth, growth, decay, and death continually. And this means that our relationship with each aspect of our being is constantly changing. We do not relate to our minds or our emotions the same ways we did as toddlers. Renewing our relationship to our bodies, minds, and souls occurs throughout our lifetimes sometimes without our awareness and sometimes with great consciousness. Even as the Earth creates room for fresh growth each Spring, our beings generate space for new opportunities (jobs, relationships, homes) by releasing those that no longer serve us. We are continually experiencing the death of Winter so that we can participate in the births of Spring.
