HEALTH IS WEALTH AND IT IS TAX FREE! Our forefathers have invented Yoga and many such activities to keep one fit. I am making an attempt in this book to consolidate all interesting things about the health for useful reading so that it could be digested to improve health by all means, possible. I have been conferred honorary doctorate for social service and, therefore, my prefix need not be mistaken as qualified medical doctor. I find that we follow certain things, without knowing. Intention is to know fully and follow correctly for keeping good health to enjoy the life. We live to eat or we eat to live but should have good health for effective and useful living. That is why our elders have correctly expressed that health is your first wealth and everything else is secondary and nothing is so very important than health. I dedicate this book of mine to my beloved mother who did not enjoy a good health and who kept on saying and cautioning others to take care of good health.
