Architectural investigations to retrieve and document physical evidence of the construction chronology of the building, to assess existing conditions and to formulate the scope of required preservation and conservation work. 3. Structural investigations to assess and document the existing condition of the building's structural components, and to assess the capacity of those systems to accommodate the proposed use. 4. Statement of recommended treatment philosophy consistent with the appropriate period of significance and proposed use for the buildings. 5. Statement of recommended treatment, use(s) and interpretation of the property. 6. Statement of treatment priorities.
