The Men of Eli Scripture Memorization Course

The course is fashioned from the top 100 searched bible verses from a popular Bible search tool. There is a focus on individual scriptures and then explodes out a discovery of scripture in the context of different angles of meditations and study. The exercises build confidence in the new disciple who is making sense of scripture. This method builds a contextual awareness of all the chosen scriptures. Then, a discovery approach to themed searches shows threads of topic studies throughout the whole of the bible. There is a tie of practice of hard copies of course materials, paired with referencing bibles, digital devices, and the web to develop skills of manipulating between resources for fluid use of these tools. The scripture memorization is put into a context of spiritual warfare and discipleship. Ideas for developing witnessing methods and efficiencies are suggested.
