The Brown Recluse

Nothing is more deadly than The Brown Recluse. Zakare is a man who has walked a dangerous path, specifically through the treacherous hills of Texas. Now, he must once again pick up his twin revolvers and travel death's tracks. But will this time be the one that finally lays him to rest? The Brown Recluse is the first in a series of high-action western novels busting open at the seams with grit, glory, and deception. This rough-hewn series rounds up all the wonder of the old west-Texas-style-as Zakare time and again confronts the demons of earlier days, who crawl from every crag of Texas's punishing earth. After finally settling down with his wife for a peaceable new life, Zakare's old foes The Sheehan brothers have him in their crosshairs. Now it's up to Zakare to restore order to the West, one Sheehan brother at a time. But can he apprehend Gerald, the eldest brother and leader of the ruthless brotherhood? With some struggle and a lot of cannon powder, the two are prepared to face off until someone meets his maker.
