Bree is a preacher's daughter who moves away to college just to flee the pressure from her father's church.
Bree spent most of her life in the church spotlight and was constantly under scrutiny by the church members. She became overwhelmed, and she wanted to get as far away from the church. After she graduated high school, she convinced her father to let her attend college abroad. Her father, Mr. Porter knew the pressure that she was under and was afraid to lose his daughter forever, so he agrees to let her go abroad. Bree was ecstatic when she arrived on campus. Freedom, at last, she exhaled as she entered her dorm room.
It didn't take long for her to meet new friends. She kind of choose her friends carefully, but her best friend Ana was a different story. Before she knew it, she was hanging out every weekend, going to parties, and smoking weed. Although she had some guilt, that didn't stop her to have some fun. Bree knew she was going on the wrong path, but she never attempted to repent because she wasn't ready to take that step yet. Ana introduced Bree to Michael, along with Jacob, who happened to be in a secret society group.
Bree knew her boundary, but Ana somehow always convinced her to do things outside of the norm. Bree was failing some classes and decided to take a step back from partying. Michael asked Ana to accompany him to a special party and also requested that she invites her friends. Bree was the first on her list. Even though Bree's spirit told her not to attend, she agreed to go anyways. Neither Bree nor Ana knew it would be their last party. She had a rude awakening when she met the devil in the flesh. Unfortunately, once you enter the gates of hell, there is no escaping.
