Threshold: Poetry and Ponderings

A door opens... closes. A threshold is crossed. Someone has moved from one reality to another. If our first threshold brings us into this world; our last takes us out. In between those two how many thresholds do we cross-physical ones, experiential ones, spiritual ones? How often do we move from one reality to another without a moment's thought? Perhaps we should pause...consider...evaluate... Glenna Teti has written poetry for twenty-five years. Her poetry comprises a social, spiritual, emotional and philosophical commentary. She exhibits the questioning nature of a free thinker while laying an intellectual foundation for today's independent women who are rising to structure the priorities of a nation. This is unusual poetry because it seeks to examine roles and values of a people living in relative prosperity and peace in a world of on-going turmoil, poverty, conflict, greed and disregard for fellow human beings.
