The main goals of this project were: -To characterize emissions from different classes of HDDVs operating in the HGB area. -To identify HEs and characterize emissions from HEs. -To compare emissions of HEs and non-HEs. -To compare test results with estimates from MOVES (EPA's emissions model). Findings and recommendations are detailed within this document.
