The Warren Churchscape (in a new revised edition) is a richly illustrated guide to all seventy of the 18th and 19th century churches and meetinghouses still standing in Warren County. Frank Greenagel, author of The New Jersey Churchscape and 12 other volumes on the old churches of New Jersey, and developer of the widely popular website, www.njchurchscape.com, explores and explains the history of Warren's religious buildings, from the earliest religious structure-a beautifully-restored stone Quaker meetinghouse on Scott's Mountain erected in 1753, to the stylish Episcopal church-St. Mary's-on the green in Belvidere.
