Parenting never ends but changes in styles and commitment as children grow. Middle age parents should not relieve themselves of active parenting roles; even when their children soar over them in height.This level of parenting is more of coaching than teaching. Parents are counsellors and managers at this phase. People are coached on what they already know to become excellent/ experts, take precautions against possible mistakes and chances and realities of their responsibilities for the outcome of their actions. The strength of character of the adult child is the product of the commitment of the parents in the earlier years. I advise my fellow parents to devote quality time to the proper upbringing of their children and also provide the growing needs of each level of growth. This level of parenting concludes the work done so far on the children and guarantees their success in their future.
