The Power Within: Living Life As God Intends

The Power Within is a secret you would not expect to be revealed in our current society of self-made destinies. As we each endeavor upon our own path of enlightenment, based upon self-centeredness, self-endulgence and allbeit, self-righteousness, we wonder why everything we pursue does not net the results we intend. The answer is simple; it is not just about us. It is however about the world around us and how we interact with it. No man is an island, (to reflect on a familiar phrase). We each have within us the power to control ourselves, the power to control our thoughts and yes, to a degree the power to control outcome based upon the choices we make. But did you ever wonder why you cannot maintain that power of positive thinking, feeling powerful and in control ALL the time? Again, it is because it is not about us. What we want from life, what we endeavor to pursue, what we believe should be is all an integral part of a much bigger plan. Society today appears to be different and far more liberal than we viewed it in the past. Imagine just for a moment that we are able to travel back and forth through time... We would conclude the exact same belief; that society IS different and far more liberal than it used to be or could ever be in the future. But it is not "society" that is different, or liberal; it is the sum of its parts. It is we, the people, its participants in life who bring to society the different, the liberal and the "me" factor. Through the Ages we are referred to as history, through the documented activity of our experiences, but in the end "societies" are all quite similar in nature. As are the people who participate. Sadly, very little has changed over the 6000+ year course of man's life. There is still war, there is still strife, there is still sin and greatest of all, there is still man believing that he has improved over that course of time. Having been created in the very image of God, one would think that along the course we would have improved ever so slightly for the greater good. If for no other reason but to acknowledge the fact that we are created for the purpose of serving our Creator. Now, imagine that single purpose, and by simply believing in it you could achieve all that you ever dreamed possible. The Power Within is the oldest known secret to all societies, past and present. Not only did God create man in His very image, but He created man to fulfill His destiny by working through him. Empowering man in order to achieve His purpose, His will and His destiny enables each and every one of us to achieve greater than we ever thought possible while existing in a world so temporary. The difference is temporary versus permanent. We are temporary; God is permanent. Alone, without God working through us, our dreams, goals and destiny are quite temporary because the average lifespan of man is an approximation of only 80 years. We cannot hope to live longer than our destiny permits, nor can we influence beyond the scope of our existence. However, with God, working through us, empowering us to His far greater good our very timeline blends seamlessly with God's infinite and everlasting timeline. It really is that simple. But it is also a choice that only you can make. You can choose to continue to go through life alone, believing that is only about you or you can choose to invite God to work through you, empowering you to His greater Glory. There is no richer, more fulfilling lifestyle and you will never feel alone or be alone again. Choose to discover God like you've never imagined Him to be - your very own Power Within.
