Harpooned - A Murder Mystery

Mac Corken heads into Florida's Queens Harbor on a warm President's Day to test out his new kayak. He watches in disbelief as the refueling dock at Fisherman's Pier explodes killing three men including a retired Army intelligence officer and a well-known defense scientist. When the FBI Anti-terrorism Task Force rules the explosion a refueling accident, Mac knows better. He saw the initiating blast from his unique vantage point in front of the pier. It's not long before he has a client and three suspects all with different motives - infidelity, a war crime and skimming on a drug deal. As he closes in on the killer the danger grows for Mac and his friends. Before the investigation ends his tires are slashed, he's been attack by guard dogs, run down by a powerboat and shot.
