The Suitcase Murders

A young couple discovers a woman, murdered and stuffed into a suitcase on a beach in Callao, Peru. Sergeant T. Rodriguez of the Peruvian Guardia Civil and his partner are sent in to investigate. Finding this case similar to two others, they turn the case over to a new squad created to deal with high profile crimes in Peru. It's Rodriguez's goal to make it onto this squad and be at the center of crime fighting in capital city of Lima and Peru. Shortly after discovering the body in the suitcase is the wife of Rodriguez's partner, the Investigative Police arrest him for the murder of his wife and one of the other women. Rodriguez works to clear his partner of the heinous crime on his own time. Prison riots, street crimes, terrorist acts, and problems at home all interfere.
