The Celebration Series Presents: Celebrating Christianity

It's usually not until high school, or later, that most young people learn about various world religions. But, really, isn't this something we should be teaching our children much earlier?

There are over four thousand religions in the world, and, from the moment we're born, we immediately begin encountering people from various, diverse cultures and belief systems-and, eventually, we all end up sitting alongside each other in the same classrooms, movie theaters, and other public places. The sooner we learn about these other religions, the sooner we can understand how their followers live life, which will allow us to embrace the rest of the world around us and, hopefully, steer clear of the conflict and intolerance that have harmed humankind throughout history.

The Celebration Series is a set of children's books, each exploring a different religion that educates children four and older about the similarities and differences between world religions, so that they can enhance their world view and prepare to become active members of our global society.

This title, The Celebration Series Presents: Celebrating Christianity, introduces young readers to Christianity specifically, providing them with an unbiased description of Christian beliefs, practices, and traditions that shows how Christianity, like all religions, is special in its own way.
