Breeda watches helplessly as husband, Tyronne, is brutally murdered. Now she's determined to carry on alone and take down those criminals that escape the law. After running into drug smugglers in Phoenix, Breeda follows the gang leader, Jose Contros, to Las Vegas. She saves Coeta from a prostitution ring. Then on to South America where agents, Debbie, Dick, and Dolly, assist her in eliminating Contros as he continues his drug smuggling activities. Once back home, Breeda is paired up with Lee, from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as they tie up all the loose ends of the Contros empire.
