I learned from one of my professors actually two of my professors at Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana while I was majoring in Speech and Drama that it was the male who wore wigs, pumps or heels, and make up to place moles or special patches on their eyes...and wore earrings that men were the fashion lovers. Women were plain then began wearing the paints for the face. It is the male in every species that is the beautiful one not the female. The female must understand this and work on herself constantly. I knew that men would be buying more beauty products and self care products than women. It really showed in the mid 1980's. This trend will grow so women have to do the same. Who has the mane the male or the female lion? Who has the colorful feathers the male or female peacock? Who looks better growing older? Who can produce children or offspring into old age the female or the male? The answer is always MEN. Even in William Shakespeare's day it was males who were acting in both male and female roles. In ancient Greece and Rome it was men who acted out the plots without female actresses.
