Clarke Westmoreland is an expert thief. In a profession dominated by men, she ranks as one of the best there is. Her philosophy in life is enjoy it while it's here because nothing good lasts forever. Her crew of criminals are a high-tech outfit pulling off high end jobs that even impresses the charismatic Detective Jamal Tuffman who thought he had seen it all. The unorthodox but usually procedurally sound Tuffman, becomes obsessed with Clarke to the point where he gets romantically entangled with her during the investigation.
