I have tried to unpublish this volume because Ian no longer happy with its content. I planned to edit and hopefully rescue it, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I figured no one would read it anyway so I could just ignore it until Iwas ready. I discovered that someone recently purchased it on kindle. To prevent that from happening again until a more appropriate (I hope) version came out I decided to unpublish. I was able to do that on kindle, but could not do it for the paperback, thus this cumbersome note. So read at your own risk.
