Dorrie is sent to the foothills of the blue ridge mountains of North Carolina by her Parents Her father has been called to London to investigate for a client. She thinks that they don't love her any more. She spent Christmas at home with Hannah their cook, but she could not eat and if she did eat Dorrie would go to the bathroom and vomit it up. Hannah is leaving the next day. Would Dorrie learn to eat again, solve the mystery of the black hat, and meet a friend that sticketh closer than a brother? Author Bio: Betty Turner Norman was born and raised in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountions of North Carolina. A LPN since 1982, also a diploma in Medicial Billing and Coding since 2010. Also a diploma in writing from the Institute of Children's Literature and retired from a Nursing Center in 2008. Author of a short story named Walk 'Through the Valley' by Live magazine and written several short stories.
