The Foundation is committed to providing the tools for success through entrepreneurship training. We will provide specific training for U.S. Veterans on how to achieve success within their life, their business, and citizenry. The Foundation's goal is to provide a personal knowledge base for the Veteran's future independence, their reintegration into society with business, and assist our Veterans with obtaining skills to turn challenges into opportunities. Our mission is to educate and empower members of the military community to enhance their leadership skills and encourage behaviors that strengthen self-reliance, promotes productivity, and enhances economic security. It all starts with their vision and we are dedicated to honoring that vision to inspire a sense of purpose and direction. As Entrepreneur Reintegration Specialists, we believe in entrepreneurs - we believe they are what drive the economy. We believe that there are a strong number of creative and smart people who don't want just a job but they want a lifestyle of purpose. We believe that partnering with those people will build a foundation for their success. We teach them to listen to their intuition, know their strengths, and act upon the opportunities to engage in the American dream. Economic leaders and education scholars are calling for an increase in initiative, self-regulation, critical thinking, and lifelong learning skills among our military personnel reintegrating into their communities in order to meet their desires in the new, growing economy. To be competitive in the world economic arena and maintain our high standard of living, we must rise to the challenge. We have developed a system to provide entrepreneurial assessment and guidance, training, tools to use academic and work skills effectively, create sustainable motivation to be productive and engaged. By developing success-oriented attitudes, habits of initiative, intelligent risk-taking, collaboration, and opportunity recognition, entrepreneurship education is one answer to this challenge.
