All of these ideas and experiments, or at least 90 percent of them, have been suggested by other authors from the 1900s to the present. Some of these presentations have been expanded in more detail, especially in Eutopias and Global Emergency Actions, from 1970 to the present. This work is an attempt to integrate them all at once as part of a global framework that enhances regional and local plans and actions.
